Harrogate is a spa town and a popular tourist destination in North Yorkshire, with many visitor attractions including beautiful RHS Harlow gardens and the famous Bettys Tea Rooms. The town was formed in the 17th century when two other settlements merged, and it is situated near many other large towns and cities such as York and Leeds. It has ample transport connections with a city centre bus and rail station, and Leeds Bradford international airport just ten miles away.
